Adds DeepSeek V4 Flash as an unlimited freebuff model choice with dedicated root and reviewer agents.
Routes both OpenRouter-style and direct DeepSeek ids through the direct DeepSeek provider as
deepseek-v4-flash, with explicit pricing and free-session capacity.Updates freebuff docs/copy and adds coverage for model selection, free-mode allowlists, reviewer selection, DeepSeek request normalization, and chat completions routing.
Validation: bun tests for common freebuff/free-agent constants, base2 reviewer selection, DeepSeek normalization, free-session config, and chat completions; typechecks for common, agents, web, and cli; BuffBench
